D3 2500 provides 2,500 IU (62.5 mcg) of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) per capsule for increased bioavailability. DOSING
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. To be taken with an adequate intake of calcium. Consult your healthcare practitioner for use beyond 6 months.
