HMF® Multi Strain 50 capsules include 50 billion CFU from a combination of 15 probiotic strains. These research-driven strains were selected based on their ability to support gastrointestinal health and promote favourable gut flora. HMF® Multi Strain 50’s probiotic consortium contains proprietary human-sourced strains and includes Saccharomyces cerevisiae subsp. boulardii (CNCM-I-1079) live yeast cells for additional microflora support. In a recent placebo-controlled clinical trial, daily supplementation with 1.8 billion CFU of HN019 for two weeks supported gastrointestinal health by reducing intestinal transit time. Following supplementation, intestinal transit time was decreased by approximately 30%, which was associated with an approximate 35.8% reduction in occasional constipation.1

DOSING
Adults, Adolescents and Children (6 years and older): Take one capsule daily, at least two to three hours before or after taking antibiotics or antifungals, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
CAUTIONS
Do not use this product if you have an immune-compromised condition or are taking tetracycline. Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhoea or severe abdominal pain. Stop use and consult your healthcare practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset occur, worsen or persist beyond 3 days. Keep out of the reach of children.
